A pleasant place to stay!

Liked: I have stayed here several times now when I’m visiting a friend in the area. I really like the hotel, it’s clean, has everything I need and the staff are always very nice. I even had a suitcase which was meant to arrive during my stay, turn up late and they kindly stored it for me for three weeks until I returned. I will continue to stay here when I stay in Bromley

An insecure and embarrassing stay...

Liked: It was a cheap stay and if you don’t mind dated decor and a very basic small power shower and faded towels, it’s actually not a bad deal. It was very clean, including towels and bedding. Easy to find.
Disliked: Despite the smart keypad on the room doors, we were WALKED IN ON BY OTHER GUESTS AT 2.30am WHILST ASLEEP!!! Either all the rooms had the same code on the keypads which was a VERY easy number to remember, or the staff messed up and double booked the room, but either way, it meant we didn’t trust the system. So after being woken, we then couldn’t get back to sleep properly, worrying if it might happen again, and we generally didn’t feel safe. Upon checkout and voicing our thoughts on what happened, the staff member couldn’t even provide an apology.

Disliked: Nothing that owners can improve, so very happy on the whole.

The worst hotel I have...

Liked: Never had breakfast because nobody made us aware that we had to order the night before . The receptionist that morning was very nice and apologised for this . We also logged the issues with her .
Disliked: The rooms were dirty and smelt . The carpets stained and black mould on the inside and outside of the shower. The receptionist on the evening we arrived was unfriendly and abrupt .The noise from guests coming and going all night was horrendous. At one point the reception staff were shouting room numbers out like he was calling bingo . Lots of coming and goings all through the night . Lack of towels in room no top sheet on bed . Four gang extensions plugged into one another and in waste bin . Dirty fan and flaking paint . Bed in room one was extremely uncomfortable.
