Liked: Made to feel welcome. Room was clean, small, but not cramped.
Disliked: Nothing that owners can improve, so very happy on the whole.

The worst hotel I have...

Liked: Never had breakfast because nobody made us aware that we had to order the night before . The receptionist that morning was very nice and apologised for this . We also logged the issues with her .
Disliked: The rooms were dirty and smelt . The carpets stained and black mould on the inside and outside of the shower. The receptionist on the evening we arrived was unfriendly and abrupt .The noise from guests coming and going all night was horrendous. At one point the reception staff were shouting room numbers out like he was calling bingo . Lots of coming and goings all through the night . Lack of towels in room no top sheet on bed . Four gang extensions plugged into one another and in waste bin . Dirty fan and flaking paint . Bed in room one was extremely uncomfortable.

One Big Mistake!

Liked: Twin room. Room only. The location was fine for where I needed to be the following morning, hence the booking.
Disliked: Marketed as a Hotel. Clientele a mix between workmen with Transit vans (fine) and half-way house accomodation for Local Authority problem families (less so!)

Ideal location and parking, perfect

Liked: The rooms were clean and we were given a choice of rooms. This helped as Father-in-law needed to be on the ground floor. Beds were comfortable and en-suite was also clean.
Disliked: Due to the rooms having fire doors, these had been badly fitted and when people closed them, the noise was heard throughout the property, making it a noisy night as people returned at different times during the night.
