Disappointing

Liked: Staff were very friendly, competent and nice.Clean Breakfast was superb the first morninf
Disliked: We were on the first floor by the pool, with the amount of giant group accommodations they had we should have been somewhere else. We were in the pool as a family and had to leave as 30+ 12 year olds came in. The second morning wr were awaken at 0630 being beside a staircase that 50 kids were running down, running down the hallway. We were unable to have breakfast the second morning due to the sheer volume of guests.

Horrible hotel experience...stay away.

Liked: Not much too like..no microwave in rooms..no complimentary water and we had to call Front Desk as we had no shampoo in the bathroom.
Disliked: Location was probably the worst I've experienced in years..Located adjacent to the Hwy..the windows are not soundproofed at all cresting massive disturbances at night with all of the traffic.I had to check out 1 day early due to an emergency...Upon notification I received confirmation with Hotel and an email was sent showing final bill for 1 day. Low and behold my CC was charged for 2 nights.. Now I'm wasting my time getting this corrected. Utter crap experience. Don't stay here..it's cheaper than other options but in the end it's definitely not worth it.
