Liked: The hotel is clean, new, the staff were exceptional as was the coffee! They were very dog friendly as well. We had our Aussiedoodle with us , and she got lots of attention. Close to downtown Salem and Roanoke. Right off the interstate for easy on and off, if that is what you are looking for.
Disliked: Only complaint is the bathroom didn't have a fanned vent.

Liked: First time at this chain. Price is reasonable. Its getting too expensive to travel for seniors. Had a granddaughter graduating. It was so nice have coffee and water 24 /7. Bed comfortable

Disliked: Really would like a chair in the room.
