Pleasant

Liked: Clean room. Quiet.
Disliked: Did not like the bathroom light on a sensor. Prefer a switch for better control. Breakfast was below average.

Was decent. But Kansas city...

Liked: Quiet, beds are comfy, clean, friendly team,
Disliked: No body soap in the container in my room. The front desk guy was not so perfessional, he acted like he was a buddy vs. A host to a hotel. Not something i like in hospitality. Breakfast was very little to offer.

Not the worst but won't...

Liked: Room was pleasantly spacious. Gal at the front desk was pleasant and very polite. Breakfast was ok
Disliked: When we very first arrived we checked in and were told that we would have a $50 hold charged to our card for if there would be damages to the room which was not told to us prior to booking we came in to town with a budget in mind and definitely would have at least appreciated to be told about this charge before we had no choice but to pay it. When we got up to our room and started to get comfortable we moved around the pillows and found a rather large brownish-red stain that was on the underside of the pillow on the bottom of the two looked to me as if the staff tried to hide it. Then tried to stream to there TV as the TV stated we could only to find out that only Apple devices would hook up to it and only reason I found that out was by looking at others complaints on hotel. Woke up the next AM down to breakfast and went to get an orange juice and it tasted watered down and old then tried to get a coffee wich was subpar as well ended up throwing the coffee out as well.
