Expensive and staff needs customer...
Liked: Room was clean; location is good for King's Dominion.
Disliked: Front desk personnel need serious customer service training; walls or think, noise from adjoining rooms can be an issue; wi-fi is unnecessarily difficult to access; overall property does not provide value for money. I will stay in Richmond North the next time.

Disliked: That thre was no comfy chair. Computer chair and benches not comfy.

Okay for one night
Liked: Front desk clerk checking in was really nice. The next morning checking out different from desk clerk she couldn’t give me a receipt and said that booking.com does that which I know is not correct, I am a long time user of Booking and each hotel gave me a receipt. I feel she was just plain lazy. When I asked she took her phone went back to someone and came back out touched some buttons on the computer then told me I have to get receipt from Booking I feel this should be investigated plus maybe more training.
Disliked: Everything was okay except there really was no breakfast to speak of.
