Confortable beds and great coffee,...

Liked: The check in process was quick and the agent Nino was very helpful and kind. We liked the 24/7 coffee bar area as we had an early flight and had to check out prior to breakfast service, so it was nice to have that option & the coffee was great! Loved having 2 beds in the room and the bright light around the bathroom mirror.
Disliked: There were a few stains on the outer covering of one of the beds & a hair on one towel when we first checked in but it’s fine, there were plenty of other towels.

Liked: This is my second time at Avid. It's a good location and clean place.
Disliked: I needed housekeeping around 11:30, cause my son threw up and I needed rags to clean. Called the front desk and housekeeper and no answer. Went downstairs to find an associate in the back where could perfectly hear the phone at the front desk. I got the rags and new sheets.

Ok overall

Liked: Breakfast was good. Shuttle to airport was good.
Disliked: Shuttle FROM the airport was a bit of a struggle. I could not understand the employee on the phone who was giving me instructions. But the Shuttle driver was good. We had trouble sleeping due to a child crying in the next room. Walls are very thin. But, desk clerk let us move to a different room.
