Disliked: I would have liked a few more breakfast options. Also, the juice machine was out of order 2 of the 3 days of our stay.

Liked: The only good thing I can say is it was quiet.
Disliked: Front desk staff was horrible; had no people skills at all. On this whole trip, I booked several hotels for the various places of travel and all through booking.com. This facility is the ONLY one who didn’t email me with reservation info/expectations and Jacob tried to patronize me by saying it was because I used a 3rd party for booking and not their proprietary reservation line when I balked at having to provide a credit card for the file. From his demeanor and tone in front of everyone in the lobby, my faith in the security of my credit card was greatly diminished. As a well traveled person, I understand this “can” be procedure; it was the no communication that causes me to never stay with this chain again. Additionally, the room was absolutely filthy; bathroom, whole floor was dirty and I had to wear socks in 100 degree weather because my feet kept getting filthy.

Liked: I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and how kind and helpful the staff was, the young guy at check-in told me the best place to park both at the hotel and in downtown Nashville, recommended a good place to eat, informed me of the breakfast and of WiFi. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant, and that makes for a good stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, making them really efficient. The 24/7 availability of fresh coffee and filtered water in the lobby was a huge plus for me. I have yet to experience any issues with surprise charges related to my stay as others have had and feel like the hotel is honest.
Disliked: There was a noticeable oily looking film on top of the water in the pool which meant I could not use it. The morning breakfast is something I look forward to during my stays, but the breakfast at this hotel fell short of expectations. Your options consist of cereal, oatmeal, and a warmed up JD breakfast sandwich that was not all that good. I skipped out on the breakfast the rest of my stay.
