Overall good stay.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Coffee and breakfast bar were not stocked well.

An excellent hotel.

Liked: This is a very well maintained and welcoming hotel. The young man that checked us in was very professional and friendly. We were able to check in a bit earlier than expected which really helped us out during our visit to the area.
Disliked: We have no complaints at all.

Liked: Nice bed
Disliked: The lady checking us in was rude and hateful. First room air didn’t work, second room she sent us to only had one bed. Third room was done by a different lady who was very kind and helpful.

Liked: Rooms were clean and arranged efficiently.
Disliked: More than two towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was meh. Not much selection.When we asked the staff what the differences were between the different levels of Holiday Inn the only answer they had was “branding”. They couldn’t answer any other questions regarding differences.Their hotel knowledge was not that great.

Disliked: I didnt like finding out that at check in I had to pay a hold of $50 more dollars ok my card. This info should of been noted on booking
