Horrible

Liked: This room was advertised as 3 beds. Upon arrival, I was told no such room existed. We took the 2 queen beds, when we went to the room it was very small. The people above us were so loud that it sounded like they were in the room with us. We immediately asked for a refund, which they granted but have not processed it almost a month later. Never again.
