Very disappointed with King Room...

Liked: Not much at all
Disliked: Room was TINY . Bedding was dirty and looked poorly made on arrival. Continental breakfast was poor . Premade omelet was cooked hard and definitely over warmed at least once . Before serving . Fire alarm went off randomly first night . Room smoke alarm acted like a strobe light in the dark room all night . Not but one set of towels first night . Ac was hard to figure out and once asks for assistance no one came . We will not be using on our future travels . We picked this one due to great ratings on Booking and Expedia sites but will not use the ratings to make this decision without checking further into a new hotel . Sorry not at all pleased with any part of our stay and was told we would forfeit second night’s payment if we changed hotel

Disliked: They charged two incidental fees on my card and now I have to wait for it to fall off. The clerk said they couldn’t give me a receipt for that.
