Liked: Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean, even smelled clean (you could smell the bleach in the bathroom after they cleaned it). The bed & pillows were comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast but I did grab some coffee from the breakfast bar, and the coffee maker grinds fresh beans and brews your cup right then and there, coffee was great. I visit the Southaven/Memphis area often and this hotel surpasses most of the places I've stayed nearby, we were quite surprised. My wife agrees with all my statements. Fairly safe area of Southaven compared to Memphis and Horn Lake. Definitely would stay here again.
Disliked: My entry card stopped working every day after 11am and I had to get the front desk to re-activate them each day, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to it being a very decent place to stay especially for the price.
