We felt the room was...

Liked: We liked the size of the room, the cleanliness, all the extra places to hang things around the room and the seating area in the lobby. The hotel smelled very pleasant.
Disliked: The pool was okay but they only have a few chairs and one was broken.

Liked: Location is great in regards to space coast stadium, rooms were clean.
Disliked: AC didn't work in our first room, asked if we could move and said they had one but it had a smell & offered a bottle of odoban. (Was also told by front desk, they are aware of AC issues on 2nd floor) We declined smelly room and then was offered a room one floor up. Housekeeping banging on doors before checkout and seems annoyed if you are still there, or they knock and immediately enter not caring if you are still in room . (I think this is an issue because they check you out of your rooms before your checkout time) Scheduling issue by staff for one of our nights, and tried to raise the rate $60 more then we were told. Yard maintenance going at 8:30 am with no care of sleeping guests. Manager had the worst customer service and "couldn't wait to leave this place".

Liked: Amazing location, very friendly, accommodating staff. Breakfast options were perfect. Room was clean.
Disliked: We arrived hours after check in and were told (along with other families sitting in the lobby) that the rooms were still being cleaned. One woman was finally given her key and went to her room to find a homeless man sleeping in there. We were attending a softball tournament so we were hot, sweaty, and ready to shower and had to sit in the lobby and wait while they cleaned a room for us.
