Disliked: Staff wasn’t friendly. Keys didn’t work and had to keep getting new ones . Called front desk and no one answered . I walked down and staff was sitting in the back not answering the phone

Satisfactory stay

Liked: Variety of pillows and proximity to the area.
Disliked: Hallway carpets dirty and elevator was only cleaned once during our stay. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Ran out of many items. Less choice each day and ran out of butter, ketchup, muffins and bagels, Not sure if the room floors were washed but my feet were dirty from walking barefoot in the room .

Very nice, very cool rooms...

Liked: Clean, buffet, friendly staff
Disliked: Really nothing I didn't like. I was surprised no microwave in the room, but there was one downstairs in lobby which was okay.
