Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it

If this were the first...

Liked: the only thing I can say that I liked at this hotel is that there was coffee available always and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: When we checked in the key machine was not working so every time we left our room we had to wait for someone to come and open our door for us. The room we stayed in was a handycap room which we didn't need but it was a tripping hazard because the floor tiles were coming up off the floor. The workers that I encountered didn't seem to know how to do their jobs. The utensils for the coffee bar and breakfast didn't have utensils that were individually wrapped.

Liked: Comfy beds, very attentive staff. Greg the manager was very good at his job.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disappointing

Liked: I loved the bathroom and the bed. The bathroom was properly stocked with enough t towels and washcloths. The bed was very comfortable. I also am very appreciative of the fact that my request for early check in was honored.
Disliked: Although I understand technology we were extremely disappointed that we did not have keys to the room and had to ask why. It was explained that the key system was down and staff had to give us access everytime we needed. I felt very unsafe because of this. I did check in with the front desk and was told that a key wouldn't be available anytime soon.

A hotel for budget package...

Liked: fairly comfortable room, good price, conveniently close driving distance to many restaurants and airport.
Disliked: room was not ready for MANY folks until 4 pm despite check in time of 3 pm - desk clerk kept on lying about them being ready in a few minutes. Coffee despite being ground to order was low quality and lacking in flavor. Neighborhood was light industrial.
