Good stay, rooms a little...

Liked: Clean, breakfast and good coffee. Lots of channels on TV
Disliked: Rooms are fairly small. Water pressure in shower could be better.

Quick overnight trip

Liked: The look and the vibe were great. Staff was helpful and friendlyfriendly. I loved the coffee being available 24 hours, as well as the perfect blend that wasn't too strong! While I did not get to enjoy the breakfast, everything looked neat and stocked. The decor is great, and the lounge is very chill. The room is set up in a really unique way and is really a neat vibe! The bed was comfy, and so were the pillows!
Disliked: The unit in the room made the room feel very sticky and humid, but it was cold. That is really the only complaint

Liked: Easy access, very quiet rooms even those facing I-35. Very clean and great coffee service
Disliked: I didn’t find anything to dislike

Liked: There were not enough towels, and the blankets were itchy and very thin. They also had a bleach smell.
Disliked: There should be more towels and blankets in the room. Also, the staff knocked on our room several times for maintenance to come in for an adjoining room. It was very annoying.

Fabulous

Liked: From arrival to check out, the staff are excellent … the location is a little out of central Dallas but that’s what we needed - still plenty of places to eat and drink within 10mins drive (as well as some great ones within 5mins walk) … Facilities are fabulous and housekeeping was great! Overall a really good experience for a great price!
Disliked: Nothing

Perfect hotel

Liked: I loved the location. It’s easy to get to and easy to park. It’s not too big so breakfast isn’t over crowded. It’s clean. Coffee is good. Breakfast is awesome. I honestly loved every single thing about this stay. The woman who was keeping up with breakfast cooking and stocking was so sweet. She made my kids some mini pancakes just for them. That was the talk of the day for them.
Disliked: I have not a single complaint! It was wonderful.

Disliked: I have been trying to recover an extra charge of $200 on my card for about a month. I booked and paid through booking.com, but the hotel charged $200 on my card. I have not had any response yet and my money has not been refunded.
