Good hotel at a good price. Would definitely stay there again. One of the better breakfast buffets I've seen for that type of hotel.

Liked: Location; price; breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The bathroom sink had fallen down below the level of the counter by half an inch or so.

Liked: I liked the cleanliness and the manager Raj was very polite, unlike the other staff! Ms. Raj went out of her way to make sure we were treated as nice as possible. She made the entire guest in lobby for breakfast, feel welcome.
Disliked: The staff was very rude , and when house keeping was met, instead of being greeted with hello’s , were frowned upon. Also breakfast is horrible.

Liked: The whole second floor smelled like a toilet. It was disgusting. It was very warm in the hall so as the night went on and it be came warmer the smell got worse. I went down to check out what was going on. They said it was the carpet and offered to change our room. At this point it’s 11 and my elderly mom was already in bed. So we didn’t want to move. When my daughter and myself finally came back into the room we noticed the door seal left a big gap and the area where you walked into the room and next to the bathroom smelled like the hall too. The gap also let light in from the hallway right into our eyes as we were trying to sleep. The breakfast was just frozen sandwiches warmed up, barely cold yogurt and a couple of fruits. Not that enticing.It’s too bad the smell was so awful. The room/hotel was clean.
Disliked: The poop smell on the entire second floor!

Not staying in Avid hotel...

Liked: Good location and seems nice
Disliked: The rooms were very small, no microwave and coffee maker in the room. There is only one microwave in the whole hotel and people make lines to use it.

Great beds

Liked: Beds are so comfortable and the free breakfast is good for a hotel. Staff was adequate and let us change rooms when the a/c wasn’t working in the first room. Roomy bathroom.
Disliked: Could be a little cleaner in the public areas but the room was clean.
