Nice, except for $100 extra...

Liked: Quiet
Disliked: Extra $100 deposit. Paid full amount upon reservation and asked for $100 more upon arrival. Will possibly cost them future guests. Coming from out of town I like to budget and paying extra hotel costs for so called possible damage to the room, hated it. I am a 66 year old, two time cancer survivor, other than quiet time, a hot shower and comfortable bed, nothing much would be going on in my room.
