Cost way too much for...
Liked: Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice sized and had plenty of hot water.
Disliked: No coffee pot/machine in room. They had coffee available 24/7 in lobby. Not convenient for me. Also no microwave to reheat meal. Refrig was so small couldn’t fit med size pizza box in it. Rooms were real small.

Liked: This hotel is excellent.. Great value and has all the amenities you could ask for. Breakfast was good with many choices. The staff was superb. All new hotels should be built like this one.

Liked: Clean room
Disliked: $50 credit card hold two times. Two phone calls to front desk. Both times I was told Manager would call me. Never called. Unhappy!This will be my last stay because of unresolved issue.

Great location and place.
Liked: The hotel appears to be new. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean and bright. Great place to staff while in Wenatchee. We will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: We got to the hotel and were told they didn’t have a room because of a “system update”Without asking or providing permission the booked a room for us at another hotel that we did not want to stay at and did not offer any refund
