The hotel gave my prepaid...

Disliked: I booked a room with two queen beds and was assigned a room with one. The motel was booked and could neither provide the room I had booked nor provide a refund. I had to book somewhere else for the night, and am still waiting for a refund through booking.com.

Liked: Evening/Night staff were super friendly and helpful! Gave me all the info I needed about the area. We stayed for an event a few blocks away and being able to use the shuttle to/from the event was an added bonus! Beds and pillows were so comfortable, room was exceptionally clean, A/C was amazingly cold.
Disliked: Morning front desk staff were not as friendly and seemed as if they were not having a good day. Also wish there had been a waffle or pancake option for breakfast, which is what kiddo was hoping for, but the other options were still a pretty good selection.
