Very good

Would stay again!

Liked: Evening/Night staff were super friendly and helpful! Gave me all the info I needed about the area. We stayed for an event a few blocks away and being able to use the shuttle to/from the event was an added bonus! Beds and pillows were so comfortable, room was exceptionally clean, A/C was amazingly cold.
Disliked: Morning front desk staff were not as friendly and seemed as if they were not having a good day. Also wish there had been a waffle or pancake option for breakfast, which is what kiddo was hoping for, but the other options were still a pretty good selection.

Disliked: The receptionist, when we checked in, was VERY unfriendly and almost seemed mad that we arrived. Breakfast was mediocre. The room was not very clean. Particularly the bathroom.

Liked: All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The other guests were also friendly. Many were repeat/regular customers. Thrilled to see almond milk at breakfast since my child has a dairy allergy.
