Misleading lack of suites and...

Liked: Overall property felt clean and safe. Ample parking. Convenient location. Complimentary breakfast and coffee. Coffee was brewed on-demand with freshly ground beans.
Disliked: 1.) Booking.com said the room would be a 'suite' with 2 bedrooms. This property does not have that type of room according to the front desk. Very disappointing.2.) Although the location was convenient, there were train tracks and siding just across from the hotel which were quite noisy late into the night. Request a room on the opposite side of the building or just avoid.3.) AC units were quite loud and jarring when they cycled. You'll want to turn it off or on full cold to prevent cycling. 4.) Breakfast was more of a 'grab and go' type setup with pre-made biscuits etc. There were cereals and breads. All the breads were stale and dry. 5.) Pool was closed and tiny anyhow.

Disliked: First I was not provided the same rooms I booked (1 king and 2 standard-one for my daughters and one for my sister). I was then billed for all three rooms when my sister paid her own. I asked for a refund and I still have not seen it. It is almost a week.2nd-there was a huge fight on the floor under me. I tried to call the front desk at 5 in the morning to see if they could do anything and no one answered. It lasted for over 30 minutes.

Wonderful

Liked: I can’t tell enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were clean, you can smell the cleanliness when you walk in the door. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. We had TV issues in the beginning and they were willing to move us if needed and then the shower head in the bathroom fell and water went everywhere, we called them and they came up and helped clean and fixed it right away. The snacks and breakfast was a nice touch, location was great! All around a wonderful stay.
