Liked: Everything about the hotel was great. It was quiet, easy to maneuver, and all around comforting. It was super easy to check in and get settled in. The bed was very comfortable and easy to sink into. The room overall was clean and perfect. I don't remember her name right off, but the manager on duty on Saturday was extremely helpful and sweet. She helped us try to get the TV working so we could connect to a live stream. She was so very considerate and kind. This is the hotel we will come back to over and over when we visit Madison.
Disliked: There were no negatives about our stay

Disliked: The sounds from the cars outside sounded like they were racing. Hard to sleep or was woken up for the cars.

Liked: The location. We have stayed here several, several times when traveling in from out of state. Huntsville is my hometown. We chose to stay here again because of the amazing staff 3 years ago. I don’t remember her name, but she was amazing in all aspects.
Disliked: First room we were put in on the first floor. It smelled like cigarettes and weed, heavily. The bathroom door wouldn’t even begin to shut as it continued to get stuck when trying to close. Legit stuck. My oldest kid was getting in the shower, and took a FREEZING cold shower. We thought water would warm up— never did. Rain it for a while waiting for it warm up. Never warmed up at ALL. My baby was ice cold and shivering. The shower drain was brown — it was very obvious it was a sandy, dirty mud. Not clean— at all. Not acceptable. Went to front desk, lady who checked us in was sitting at a table in the lobby as they were t busy at all. Totally cool. When I asked for another room and explained what was going on, she looked and talked to me like I was a complete moron and like I was so out of line. She made it very clear that I was inconveniencing her. As she asked what the problems were, I explained one by one. When I was done explaining she said,” so what’s the problem??” .. with the nastiest attitude. We will NEVER RETURN TO THIS PROPERTY! Never a reason to be rude to anybody! You never know what people are going through. We were in town for the unexpected loss of my Daddy. Thank you for making an already devastating trip more miserable.

Liked: It was clean and staff were friendly, just make sure to clarify the deposit because I called and checked before booking but when I got there it was a different price other than that my stay was great
