Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Came in a day early which as no problem (I’d called ahead to make sure) as they weren’t full. Think there was a lack of communication between the front desk & maid service because after the first day we NEVER had any! Had to ask them to change the shower gel as it was empty. Had to go downstairs & ask for TP & towels. On our last full day there we came back to the room around 3:00 … other rooms on our floor were being cleaned … to find our had been overlooked again. Asked one of the maids when our room would be done but they didn’t have us on their work order. No instructions to check our room. Maids were nice & gave us fresh towels. I didn’t want the sheets changed, that would be a waste of water. All I wanted was someone to replace the wet towels & empty the trash cans!Breakfast could have included something not southern. A frozen waffle or onion bagel would have been nice.

Disappointing

Liked: The rooms were neat & clean.
Disliked: Rooms were small. Guests were being really loud in the halls and had their tv or music blaring in the wee hours of the morning. I feel like management should've asked them to quiten down. No outside sitting area. The windows shades were thin so the street light was coming through the window.
