Liked: The property was nice and clean. The inside was clean.
Disliked: I had a 2 night stay and after staying the first night my key card to my room wasn’t working. The staff claimed that I put it next to my phone which my son might have did it. I told him to get the key that I had in the table and see will that work. The key didn’t work. I knew that she was lying about the key. The staff who checked me in that night didn’t program my key for 2 nights. They were scared that I was going to ask for a reimbursement. I didn’t ask for it but I told her that the other key that I had wasn’t working so It wasn’t my fault. The lady shouldn’t have lied to me.

Liked: It was very modern and up to date! The breakfast was good with a variety in healthy options. The hotel was right off the interstate and convenient to Covington.
Disliked: The walls were super thin and you could hear others flushing their toilets. I had a hard time sleeping due to the noise. Also, the room only had a shower, so it was hard to bathe our toddler.
