Disliked: Checking into the hotel took a long time. They needed more people doing this. Also thought I had included breakfast in my booking but apparently hadn't. Cost an extra £17.50 per person for this and thought the hot item selection could have had more options for the price paid.

Liked: The decor was nice and the room was clean. The shower was modern and good and the room and bed were a great size.
Disliked: It wasn’t clear reception was on the first floor and the menu wasn’t very varied. The pillows were awful as they just flattened and pillow options would have been helpful.

Liked: The check in was speedy and staff very polite and helpful. Excellent parking facilities. Room was spacious, delighted to see an ironing board and iron in the room and tea and coffee!
Disliked: Would have been good to be able to open a window. I personally like fresh air and am not bothered by aircraft noise.
