Liked: Arrived during the New Years Eve party. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although i had not paid for an upgraded room as we were not there for the Party they automatically upgraded us to a quiet location. The mail restaurant was closed due to the Party so we ate in the American Diner there. The food and service was excellent. The prices was very reasonable. We will be going back. Highly recommend this Hotel. Brilliant Service stunning hotel by far the best in the area and I have stayed at most.
Disliked: Could not fault anything. I was under preconceptions from others that had stayed there that it was overpriced for both food and drinks. I did not feel this at all food prices were similar to any normal restaurant price. Drinks in the Skybar may be slightly higher than the average pub but on par with any good wine bar

Second stay in one week....

Liked: Spacious, comfortable and very clean room. Very friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Breakfast tasty, hot and plentiful. Excellent evening meal ate in the bar.
Disliked: Drinks prices in the bar were excessive. Need to check drinks menu before ordering.
