Disliked: My stay was unfortunately marred by a very disappointing experience. Around midnight, my room suffered a power outage that the hotel staff were unable to resolve promptly. I was eventually moved to another room at about 1:00 AM, but I could not settle down to sleep until around 2:00 AM, which made for a very unpleasant night. Additionally, the bathrobe and slippers, which were advertised as part of the room amenities, were not provided until I specifically requested them. I had also requested a fridge in advance and reminded the staff again upon check-in, yet I still had to call before it was eventually delivered. Overall, the service fell well below expectations.

Disliked: One very slight gripe. Had ribeye steak for dinner. Due to a condition I have I need meat cooked as opposed to rare/medium but obviously don’t want to ruin a good steak so tend to go medium/well which I did last night. It was so tough it was like chewing boot leather. No medium about it, I’d of put it past well done! At the price I’d have expected better, other than that the rest of the meal, the staff and everything else was great. Very nice stay! Will be recommending!
