A good hotel at a...

Liked: The location was excellent and the bedroom itself was very spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: For a 4 star hotel, given the price, there were two things that were disappointing:1. Our room was right in front of the breakfast dining room, that begins serving at 7 in the morning. The dining room was not extremely loud but it was inevitably somewhat loud. 2. There were some amenities we always get in a 4 star hotel--bathrobes, bathing creams, a larger bathroom--that were missing here.

Liked: Excellent location within walking distance to many sights in Vienna. Very nice room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. A lift (albeit small) to the rooms.
Disliked: A little pricey. Parking is extra and a little challenging to find.

Disliked: BREAKFAST WAS VERY SIMPLE ,NO CHANGE DAILY SAME NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED NO KING BEDS ,SINGLE BEDS ARE ATTACHED TOGETHER !!NO CAR PARKING FOR CARS NO IRON AND IRONING BOARD IN THE ROOMS NO SANITORY ACESSORIES AT BATHROOMNO SCALE IN THE BATHROOMAT THE ENTERANCE YOU HAVE LEFT YOUR HEAVEY LAGUAGES ON THE STAIRS UNTIL YOY REACH TO THE RECEPTION,NO HELP!!!

Liked: We are arranged the family room with Sisi portrait, I loved the decoration style so much, the hotel's location is great ,easy to shop and dine, the staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast is also good.
Disliked: No
