Avia Residences on Research - Extended Stay

Superb

Liked: Kitchen area was adequate. Not well stocked but adequate.
Disliked: There was a diesel fuel smell at the elevator. It was sickening, but you had to breathe it while waiting for the elevator.

Met my needs.

Liked: Affordable
Disliked: I arrived just after midnight. The signage was not lit up, or visible. No lights caused me to pass it by 3x.

Exceptional

Liked: The host Graci was the "Best Host"! The exceptional way she went above and beyond to assist my family during our stay made this one of the best places to stay in Massachusetts. The service was remarkable and both of the rooms we had were perfect.
Disliked: I had no complaints.

Worth the money!

Liked: Love the setup. Quiet & comfortable!
Disliked: Would've loved a breakfast option.

The best kept secret in...

Liked: We have stayed several times at Avia and the staff are always exceptional. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are very comfortable and having a kitchen is a game changer as we like to save money by cooking instead of eating out. We have stopped booking anything else because Avia meets our needs perfectly!
Disliked: The kitchens could use a few more pots & pans of various sizes to make it really easy to prepare meals, but the staff will always try to accommodate requests for anything needed.

Disliked: We booked for 3 adults, but there was no bedding provided for a 3rd. Also bath towels were only provided for 2, again we booked for 3 adults.
