Price/performance hotel with good connection...

Liked: Location is close to metro station but does not have any noise. Close to good locations by walk or by 2-3 stops. There is a nice cafe-brasserie called Pasteur nearby which is nnice for lunch, breakfast, etc.
Disliked: In general I don't have any bad feedback. generally 3 star hotels in Paris are really bad and dirty but this one surprised me. So I will probably stay again there if I go to Paris again.

The stay was EXCELLENT, with...

Liked: I had read very bad reviews of this hotel before checking in and were very scared. On the contrary, we had a very pleasant experience. Check-in went smoothly, the room was very clean and seemed remodeled, new bathroom, good shower pressure, check-out very accommodating. LOCATION was GREAT! 1 min walk from the Pasteur metro station.
Disliked: The size of the room but it was fine for one night.
