Staff was great and rooms were clean. Checked my bags in early; everyone was well trained and fast to resolve any issues or questions.

Liked: Very clean; great view.
Disliked: Nothing.

Free upgrade; modern; affordable; very friendly staff; great stay; near shopping and restaurants!

Disliked: The other guests at the hotel. $19 overnight parking as a guest at the hotel.

The hotel staff, rooms, and...

Liked: Location is great. Centrally located to both freeways and beach towns. The small lake and park-like landscape behind the hotel are beautiful and tranquil.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was that the attached room patios are incredibly small--barely fits two chairs much less two people.

Liked: The location is very nice, parking for USD40 a night, which I thought was ok. Very nice facilities and clean rooms, nice beds, great black out curtains.
