Staff was great and rooms were clean. Checked my bags in early; everyone was well trained and fast to resolve any issues or questions.

Liked: Very clean; great view.
Disliked: Nothing.

Free upgrade; modern; affordable; very friendly staff; great stay; near shopping and restaurants!

Disliked: The other guests at the hotel. $19 overnight parking as a guest at the hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay here in Costa Mesa. Beautiful hotel; nice room; comfortable bed; nice view and clean. We liked it so much we plan to visit again soon. Thank you.

The hotel is lovely, but...

Liked: The hotel is very conveniently located, clean and the surroundings are supringly quiet for being in a city. The hotel is in a peacful environment. The workstation in the room is spacious and well lit.
Disliked: Check in time is 15h00. The room was not ready, we were told 5 to 10 min. After 30 minutes, we had to inquire again about the room. We received the same standard answer of 5 to 10 munutes. I missed my appointment and had to reschedule my meeting because of the no care attitude.
