Staff was great and rooms were clean. Checked my bags in early; everyone was well trained and fast to resolve any issues or questions.

We had an enjoyable stay here in Costa Mesa. Beautiful hotel; nice room; comfortable bed; nice view and clean. We liked it so much we plan to visit again soon. Thank you.

Liked: Location was convenient to SNA airport and to destinations in Irvine and Huntington Beach. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Building temperature was overall cold. Guess they depend on Southern California sun to keep it warm, but weather was dreary and cold when we were there. Parking fees in the car Capitol of the world were exorbitant. Restaurant menu was limited, but food was good. No microwave in room. Several electrical items were non working, like reading lamps on bed.

Wonderful. Will stay longer next...

Disliked: OMG! “Perfect, wonderful, adorable” Room service!!! If you have allergies, you must leave a lot of money for tip every day, so they can clean the room nicely, and no trash, no fluffy stuff on the floor everywhere ~ thank you room cleaning staffers, long time no see the doctor, it was a interesting hospital visit. Grateful hotel, terrible cleanser, that’s all.
