Liked: Location, cleanliness.
Disliked: John at the front desk may have been having a very bad day, during my check in. He gave me attitude when I asked simple question. Then when I called to tell them a pickup truck needed to move up in the parking lot at the Avenue 2 bc no one could exit or enter, he sounded annoyed, said he’d handle it, and over 24 hours later and the truck was still not moved, blocking guests from entering and exiting the lot.

Convenient

Liked: This property is beautiful, clean and conveniently located only feet from the beach and boardwalk. They have a driver Lou, who will take you on a golf cart w chairs right to the beach. The main hotel is classy vibe.Avenue ll is a different property.. be aware..
Disliked: I don’t like the fact that they have 2 properties. The main building is the place to stay!! It had all the amenities. Including breakfast, blue hen restaurant & the pool. The avenue ll has a bar next to it that can be very loud at night.. The avenue ll has a completely different look and vibe. I also noticed some of the (front desk staff, in the main hotel) seemed to ask often if you’re staying there if you are staying at the other property.. it got annoying.. they didn’t seem as friendly as most. Just an observation if I’m being completely honest.

Liked: Breakfast and happy hour. Pool and hot tub. Location. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: No safes in some rooms.

Pleasant Stay

Liked: Clean room, helpful staff, convenient location.
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. to have some more support. Mattress topper would definitely help. I would not reserve again, though. For one evening, stay okay but not for multiple days.

Liked: Overall, the location was great, the hotel was beautiful and most of the staff were welcoming.
Disliked: Most of the staff were a pleasant but one. I don’t think she should had helped anyone in the front because she was rude to me when I was given different information from the manager.
