Convenient location to the CBD...

Liked: Location is perfect in terms of easy walking access to great cafes and restaurants in Braddon, and the main shopping centre in the CBD. Also close to public transport (buses, trams and taxis). The room was spacious and very comfortable; the ambient temperature was fantastic - it was around 4 or 5 degrees outside later in the evening, but we found we didn't need to turn the heating on, the room stayed a very comfortable temperature. Bed and bedding were great, though some may find the mattress too soft - we didn't mind it.Parking on site was also very convenient (though it's a tight turn in and out of the main gate so something for larger vehicles to be mindful of) and the check in process was seamless! :)

Very well appointed hotel in...

Liked: We were delighted to have been upgraded and hence had a room which exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable and well kitted out. The hotel more broadly was also comfortable and well kitted out with bar, restaurant, comfy reception lounge and so forth. Parking was an extra we paid for but we were delighted to find that it had a driveway which was not too neat and sensible sized parking spaces. The location was excellent and we were able to easily walk to bars, restaurants, the bus station and the War Memorial.
Disliked: It sounds picky but there was a music system in the room but it didn't work and also there was something not quite right with the coffee machine that only produced a few mills of coffee at a time, regardless of how much water was in the reservoir and which button you pushed. It would have been fine if neither of these things were provided in the first place but annoying when provided and don't work properly.

Great location

Liked: Great location for a quick one-night stays before going to Jindabyne for our ski holiday Beds were very comfortable
Disliked: We have stayed here many times. When given the rooms in Tower 2 we found that the noise from the street was so disruptive that it didn't make a difference if the beds were comfortable. We will ask to be placed in Tower 1 when next booking
