A wonderful motel to stay...

Liked: We had a room spacious enough to relax in, the room servicing was very efficient & much appreciated. A guest laundry that was very clean & user friendly too.And the hosts were so lovely & friendly. Would highly recommend this motel

Liked: We had an awesome stay at Avenue Heights Motel! We stayed in a larger studio with a double and single bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a modern bathroom. The room was spotless and super comfortable – truly a home away from home. A real bonus was the guest laundry, which came in very handy. The hosts are absolutely lovely – friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. We ended up staying an extra night due to the weather, and they kindly let us keep the same room, which was much appreciated.
Disliked: Nothing at all - we’ll definitely be back.

Liked: Clean, easy to find, handy to town and main road.
Disliked: To noisy to sleep beyond 5:00 AM both mornings. At $200 per night it was above my usual price, so I was expecting something attractive, fresh, and new, however, it was a very basic old fashioned NZ motel.
