Great hotel in the heart...

Liked: The room was spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was HUGE. I liked that there was a water machine outside on the foyer so i could just walk out and grab a jug of cold water in this heat. The room didn’t had air conditioner but it was suprisingly at a comfortable temperature. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Some people in the reviews have such expectations its crazy. The buffet had warm food, multiple types of cheese, ham, spreads, breads, buns, cerial, the salad bar was INSANELY GOOD. The egg salad and the cottage cheese with vegetables were TOP!! Im gonna dream about them hahaha. Also had smoothies and juice, amazing sweet baked goods, fruits, joghurt. The coffee was also nice. Everybody were kind, respectful, smiling and helpful which made my stay the best in Krakow, already recommended it to friends. :) The old town and the shopping center in 10-15 minutes walk, the area was safe, clean. I travelled solo, im usually quite anxious but i never felt afraid during my stay. The lounge area was also comfortable with sofas!
Disliked: The TV didn’t had any streaming options, but it had 1 satellite channel of english news so I was fine having it in the background.:)

Exceptional

Liked: Awesome rooms, comfortable. Big rooms, perfect comfortable bed.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor :(

Short stay

Liked: Modern hotel interior, polite and friendly staff, good breakfast.
Disliked: The towel had stains, also one of the beddings had a small hole. The were no additional toiletries in the bathroom.

Good value for money would...

Liked: It was very clean, nice and quiet despite location, friendly staff always willing to support, really nice breakfast - fresh and variety of food even for vegans. I was impressed with the milk choice between oat, lactose free, almond, good value for money -10 min walk from city centre . I would highly recommend.
Disliked: It met my standards.

Good

Liked: The room was nice (design-wise) and very quiet. The location was also good (around 15-20 min walk from the main square). The parking was nice as well (although it is not included in the price).
Disliked: - The bed is a bit small and hard- We booked the hotel because of the EV parking but there is only 1 parking at the property. We sent a message to the hotel beforehand to ask about the parking and charging situation and were not notified about this. So when we arrived, that one charger was of course taken. So we ended up finding an EV charger somewhere in the city centre, which is of course a bit annoying considering we booked the hotel because of the charging. - The breakfast was ok, but the selection was quite limited.
