AVANTI DRUG INFESTED NOT SAFE

Disliked: Our vacation was ruined!! Avanti allows drugs, alcohol, loud music , gunshots and fireworks be be done all throughout the halls & specifically in front of our room till after 5AM!!!! Manager Joseph refused to acknowledge my request for a partial refund so I am requesting now a full refund with an apology!! This was our last weekend as passholders & had a girlfriend there for 1 night that just lost her husband after having a newborn & her getaway was also ruined!! I begged from 1238 AM till after 5AM to front desk to have security rectify the situation but we were left helpless victims in our rooms. My young daughter was terrified and my service dog kept barking! True living nightmare!!!

Disliked: People smoking weed and a lot of hanging around the parking lot.

Liked: The location, the staff were nice & helpful. The 2nd room was clean & comfortable.
Disliked: The room I originally booked (King Suite w/ pullout couch) wasn’t ready when I arrived, I waited & it still wasn’t ready. I was then given another room with a jacuzzi, when I walked into the room, big gnats was flying around, mold was on the outside of the jacuzzi (you could smell the mold), the mirror was dirty & the air conditioner was leaking water on the floor. I tried to call front desk and the phone (in the room) wasn’t working. I immediately went back to the front desk & the same lady who checked me in, Na’Kiria (I think the spelling is incorrect) was very helpful & sweet. My husband and I was given another room within 10 minutes with no hesitation. This was at least my 4th time staying there & this 1 incident will not stop me from booking again.
