Would not book again.

Liked: This place has a great location. In walking distance to icon park, lots of food.
Disliked: I got a room with 2 beds, both mattresses were sinking. Bathroom has not clean. I found hair in the tub, on the tub walls and on the floor. Paint and tiles in the bathroom were peeling, paint around the room was peeling. There was something sticky on the night stand with hair in it I called the front desk multiple times and was hung up on, they never answered just hung up. The room is cleaned every 5 days- they made up the beds, took out the trash, took the dirty towels but did not replenish the towels or bars of soap. They did not sweep or clean the floors. There was also NO breakfast included as the booking information says- breakfast for 5 days was around $200 for 3 people. The Starbucks cafe machine was down. The Starbucks in the main lobby from the photos is only open on the weekend. Photos on the website of this place are very misleading. The booking information says nothing about the arcade room having a FEE to play the games. Also, the arcade room is very SMALL, again, pictures on the website are very misleading! The pool was nice however, towels for the pool were out all 5 days I was there, we were never able to get pool towels, we used our room towels at the pool. Room towels were also hard to get, I walked down to the main lobby everyday I was there to get more towels, 2 of those days the main lobby didn’t have any either. We are paying a resort fee and I can’t figure out why?! There is absolutely nothing at this “resort” that I wouldn’t get at any other hotel. TV channels are horrible as well. I was very disappointed with my stay. I stayed 5 days with my family and I would not recommend this place at all.

Liked: The pool and how close it was to Icon park
Disliked: I was put in a room at first that wasn’t even cleaned. Then the second room I got put in was under construction the air conditioning was in the floor. Wasted my first night trying to get into a decent clean room

Disappointing, not what is says...

Liked: Nothing! Dirty, bad food, poor service in cafe, bar closed early every night, bought a drink and told to leave straight away!!
Disliked: All the above!!
