Horrible. Noisy! Filthy

Disliked: Everything - the room was absolutely appalling. I want someone to contact me about this. I have lodged a complaint. I haven’t heard back.

Liked: The location is very good.
Disliked: The room it was not clean, we asked for a full clean, takes 3 days to happen.

Liked: The beds were comfortable The location was goodThe front desk staff was friendly, I had teenagers and despite not having the rooms we booked, tried to make us comfortable
Disliked: One of the rooms the double room the bathroom was dirty. The shower head had glime of dirt. It was dusty tooThe king size room the door had gaps, didnt lock well.

Hot and uncomfortable

Liked: The location was close to everything.
Disliked: When we arrived the housekeeper was still there trying to clean the room. Also the AC has water coming from it linking all over the floor. The. For the rest of the night the AC did not work and it was hot.

I was frustrated and disappointed....

Liked: Although the rooms were pretty bad, the bed was comfortable. The pool area was also very nice, although there were no towels available for guests or anyone to help us.
Disliked: The reality was far from what you see in the pictures. The entire marketing and advertising team deserves congratulations for their work. I was very disappointed. I looked for a fair price for a short stay of just 3 days, but it was really frustrating.
