Liked: I like the location it is Center to everything, and you can just walk to things.
Disliked: It took forever to check in, and the manager came out, and people were making their own lines while we waited forever. Then I checked out the next day and the hotel Saif we never stayed there and tried to get me to pay again and they kept my deposit.

Liked: Hotel is nice, room was clean, pool area large and clean.
Disliked: We had issue with kids running around late at night kicking the doors. Not enough pool towels. Wish the pool area would stay open later than 11:00 on a Friday/Saturday night. Suggestion, the bar would make a ton of money if they did!

Disliked: booking in procedure terrible leaving me for 2 hours with children as they claimed they couldn’t access virtual card from booking.comhad to pay extra for one nights staynot informed rooms only get cleaned once every 4 days - after refresh left with no towels or toilet rolls on two occasions, staff ignorant, pool area ok but not even allowed to take a bottle of water around pool had to purchase from them for any drinks and food. ridiculous when you have children

Disliked: They will not clean your room daily, only at the 4th day of your stay which beat the purpose of a hotel. Needed to ask 2 days on a row for a crib and refreshment of the room (which means only clean towels)Bathroom needs a renovationYou need to pay for every package $10 also if they arrive together.Was not a great hotel as the last time I stayed.

Liked: The privacy in my room. The close proximity to the airport. The convenient location.
Disliked: The hangout culture at the hotel. Hotel seemed very local and a hangout for smokers, drinkers, loud talkers and chronic one-nighters. I expected a different setting for my stay.
