Nice hotel, relaxing break was...

Liked: Nice hotel, clean, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful breakfast, easy to access from tram to centre of Brno
Disliked: We booked the hotel mainly for the Jacuzzi & Sauna on the roof. However, even though it was supposed to be open on August 1st, as stated on booking.com it was not. We arrived on the 2nd and were told that the only leisure area open was in the basement, which was ok. Then we were told that the leisure area was only open from 14:00-17:00 in the afternoon and then from 19:00-23:00. I was very disappointed at this as it was the first time I ever stayed in a hotel where leisure area was not open in the morning time so unfortunately we only got to use it once on a two night stay.

Liked: the only good thing is the secured parking lot in front of the hotel, even if totally at the sun; I had a reservation plan including its cost
Disliked: I stayed three nights and my room was never cleaned; as I asked why at the conciergerie they told me that they didn’t know why and just gave me more towels; the day after we had to change room because the card to open the door was not working and we were asked to wait for the decision on which room we had to move to: we lost 40 mimutes waiti g and the new room had soap device in the bathroom not working; breakfast was horrible: no sweetner, no lactose- or gluten-free products, a very small room with few tables; the waitresses were tired, I can understand, but indeed unpolite; nobody was speaking or able to understand english. The staff was the worst ever.
