Liked: It's my third time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect and the staff is very helpful. Rooms are super clean and modern. It's very convenient that the hotel provides a nice breakfast.

Convenient location but limited

Liked: The location and overall remodeled areas were great. The continental breakfast is a plus. The parking that was included was great. it's just limited.
Disliked: The way you get into some rooms is interesting. The layout is different. There were some stains and some areas of the walls that were chipped, just a bit good maintenance. The bath and toilet are a bit compact, not for bigger individuals. There could have been toiletries, a microwave, and the setup a bit different, so there were more drawers. The pool was tucked in the back with no lights, so it wasn't visible. Its okay.

Convenient location , happy short...

Liked: Nice access to the marina and beach. Waffles for breakfast and most of the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The shower backed up. Had to wait 1 hour before it would clear. Had a two pre-authorizations for the same amount on our credit card. Was told the other one would drop off. Why not just put the first authorization through? Eggs seemed like powered eggs. Breakfast otherwise was great.

Bad

Liked: We checked in at this hotel. The night staff gave us the card for the room, however the card didn’t work. We went back to the staff and asked him to assist and they gave us another card. It didn’t work second time as well. We went again, by this time our 20 minutes were already wasted. The staff was not apologetic, and said us to use the stairs instead nd expected us to carry 2 carry bags of 23 kg by stairs to the 3rd floor. Insane. We refused to use the stairs and he said I cannot help you as I don’t know how to program the doors. No alternative no apologies, just like robot. At the end we left the hotel and wasted our 45 minutes

Good

Liked: The hotel was easily accessible, had parking, and was clean. It didn't boast anything fancy but it held up to our expectations and was a good place to stay.
Disliked: The beds weren't super comfortable, but that's fine!
