Your facility made Lisbon easy...

Liked: The location was excellent. We walked all day because the main street is just a block away. We ate on the on the Avenida. We shopped on the Avenida.. Many sights to see.

Best location in to stay...

Liked: Best location as it is in the hub of lisbons fanciest road where all the fancy restaurants and shops are , just downside the hotel
Disliked: I am a frequent visitor to this hotel , however this time the AC wasn’t functioning well and couldn’t change rooms as there are no vacancies

Disliked: They wanted €180 for single occupancy when I paid for a double. They said you in Booking messed up the booking

Very central well appointed hotel....

Liked: The outdoor pool was an unexpected bonus. Bar and food available poolside as well but quite expensive Rooms small but beds very comfortable

Pool and metro access score...

Liked: Access to pool in neighbouring Tivoli hotel was a major plus, post sightseeing. Hotel is just 5mins walk to Avenida metro (azul line). Reception staff were great. Very friendly.
Disliked: Pool was great but it was pumping loud music all the time so not very relaxing. Access was via a path that took you through building works so not very nice. There aren’t many eating options in the immediate neighbourhood.

Excellent stay with a spacious,...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious, clean, and they provided two separate beds as requested. The shower was great, and the location was excellent. Overall, a very good stay.
Disliked: The only downside was the entrance, which was a bit hidden — located on a backstreet behind the main road and at the end of a parking lot, making it a little confusing to find.
