Traumatic, expensive and almost ruined...

Disliked: No hot water, no kitchenette, stained headboard, no wi-fi, peeling bath with gunk in it, couldn’t fill kettle sink to small. Put on top floor with no lift. Totally overcharged £130 for 1 night. T.V not working. No teaspoon for tea. No hangers. Filthy vision on bed, wobbly chair. Dirty walls with dried snot. Filthy windows with mould. No reception. Would never recommend to my enemy’s. Did not resemble the pictures advertised at all. Don’t think this is even legal.

Disliked: Filthy carpets, spiders, no lamp in room, stagnant water breeding mosquitoes outside window, piles of pigeon poo outside window, wasn’t sent details about how to get into the hotel or room until I called them. Mattress was filthy, lumpy and sagging at one end. No hot water. TV didn’t work. Didn’t sleep in the bed it was AWFUL. Disgusting hotel.

Disliked: The stench of sewage, how dirty it was, blocked toilet twice whilst we stayed, wiring that looked unsafe.

Don’t stay here

Liked: Nothing! We arrived to see dust all up the skirtings. The window was left partially open causing mould and a damp smell. The caulk around the windows was decaying, which cannot be very good. The walls of paper thin and I could hear everything in the room next to me so they could probably hear us too. The bed was so uncomfortable and they only provided two pillows the TV was very basic. The bottom of the bath was all peeling and the shower was unbelievably difficult to operate. I’m from boiling hot to freezing cold every few seconds. However, this is nothing in comparison to the bedbugs which we found in our bed and I’ve now caused us to get a rash which we have now forwarded on to our doctors. I would definitely avoid this hotel.

Pathetic Lie of a Guest...

Liked: The member of staff answering the door was not what you generally would have on front desk type jobs.He hated his job and was fairly disgusted by having to answer a door at a guest house.he.barely gave me time to affirm if the room was up to standard.The Mattress was broken and the door had a large enough crack between frame to see straight into my room The room was also not the room you see on the photos on booking com.The other guests were partying in the next door room all night and I would of got better sleep on a bus than in that room.Strangely the two who were on that room seem to follow me out the door at 8am and scuffled off somewhere .The lady travelling with me tried to check in separately before me and was told a lie about the cost of baggage storage night before re cost, she.seeing the.state.of the place and the unwelcoming manner towards her as a solo travel by the Door opener/Key access allocater decided on taking another hotel.DEFINITELY A NO GO PLACE!And I have stayed in quite a few dives before.
