Liked: this is a wonderful propertythe rooms are clean and comfortablethe food is goodthe pools are greatthe pool service is great
Disliked: the loud music at the pool just outside my room is awfulwe come every year and ask not to be put on the front street or by the pool due to noise as we like to nap in the afternoon and in bed by 9pmi made the reservation 3 months in advance . then called 2 weeks prior to arrival with the same request.upon check in we asked the clerk and she acknowledge we called and our room was quiet.when we got to the room the pool music was loud.we asked to be moved and she said they were booked, she would make sure the music was turned off by 9:00pm and it was not finally i went to the front desk and the new clerk said she will have it turned down, which took 30min… the next day they still did not could not move us… but they did turn off the music outside our room that night..

Disliked: Not nightlife. No restaurant or bar at night.Property is beautiful but slow. Must go elsewhere even for a nightcap or coffee

Exceptional

Liked: The quaint, quiet & boutique environment. It’s close proximity to restaurants and being able to walk out your door to hike a mountain! Excellent food & beverages at ChiChi restaurant.
Disliked: Wish the pillows were of better softness quality. Wish there was perhaps a microwave. Otherwise, everything was Superior!

Disliked: Very nosily at night. Too much street noise to sleep.

Disliked: Rooms could use some updating and patio furniture! Didn’t like bathtub, prefer walk in shower. Bar hot!!

Liked: Vicinity to downtown, restaurants and stores
Disliked: Room and bathroom. No hooks for robes in bathroom. Need a dresser in room. Coffee pot in room would be nice. Housekeeping did not wipe down room or remove dirty dishes on multiple days.

Clean and cute but pricey

Disliked: $50/day resort fee is ridiculous. Choose your room carefully as there is a great diversity in the quality and no diversity in the price.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff is always what makes this place.
Disliked: The downstairs 500 building is noisy. Not loving the redecoration from glam to mid-century modern. It just looks cheap.

A quiet and beautiful oasis...

Liked: Great location and beautiful property. The pool area, gym and spa were lovely and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The double room was much larger than expected and enjoyed having the first floor patio.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit small and ventilation wasn’t great!
