Too small

Liked: Stylish, clean ,nice staff
Disliked: The room we chose was not suitable for two people. There was hardly any space for multiple luggage. The sink was in the middle of the room, next to the bed and there was no space for toiletries. The bath tub was not large enough for an average adult, and no shower certain which allowed for water to go everywhere. The photos shown online were deceiving. We had to cut our stay short unfortunately.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely...

Liked: We got the Eurostar into Gare du Nord, and the hotel was really conveniently close. We basically chose it because of air conditioning, proximity to the station (and cool areas like Montmarte and Pigalle, which are nearby) and the breakfast, which was excellent. The rooms are small but didn't feel cramped, and we were only in Paris for the weekend so didn't need too much space. Staff were very friendly too! Super nice people. We'll be back.
Disliked: This wasn't a problem for us, but the lift/halls are just quite small! The elevator is an old fashioned one (adorable and v cool) but it would struggle to fit 1 plus sized person with a case. So, if you are tall / larger the cosiness might be a bit much, myself and my partner are shortish / smallish and both of us squeezed into the lift.

Very useful find for regular...

Liked: Location by Gare du Nord perfect for Eurostar. Air -conditioning great !! Most staff very nice indeed and extremely helpful.
Disliked: Female receptionist at weekend unreliable : not there to let people in and gave incorrect advice. Small room - fine for us for one night but a longer stay might find it annoying

Disappointing

Liked: Very welcoming staff.
Disliked: Breakfast formula changed and is now moved to their neighbouring sister hotel but of much lower rating: Breakfast there is of poor quality and service level very low. The notice in the room that for ‘ecological reasons’, they do no longer do the roomcleaning is far fetched and abusive.

Liked: Great decor, the room was small but quiet. It had everything I needed. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Exceptional

Liked: Fantastic! Had a lovely AC, had everything built in and everything you needed for your stay.
Disliked: Breakfast in the morning is disappointing but not the worst and the shower was tiny
