Perfect

Liked: Staff were very helpful. We arrived late due to traffic and they offered sandwiches in the bar which was very kind of them.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing!!

Liked: Lovely room, well furnished, bright and comfortable.Exceptional restaurant.

Pleasant

Liked: Friendly staff and a highly talented chef. Pleasant location on the edge of a charming small town.
Disliked: But only a tasting menu available - 6 or 8 courses. We chose 6, but it still took 3 hours, finishing at 11pm. Not ideal for an overnight stop.

Excellent hotel with world class...

Liked: Excellent, modern rooms & world class food at usual price for Michelin starred restaurant.
Disliked: Some of dishes on the set menu might be a little quirky for some tastes.
