Short stay for 1 night

Liked: Really clean and modern. Staff was friendly, good location. Car parks for free.
Disliked: The only thing I have to complain about are the pillows. They were uncomfortable.

Liked: Love the location and facilities. Staff are helpful. I have stayed here a number of times and it is always my first choice when in Hamilton. Staff are flexible with late check in also.

Disliked: The shower in our unit was for wheelchair access and we struggled with it but we had asked to be moved from a queen bed unit which we had booked to a king bed unit-and I guess that was the only king unit left. Never want a shower like that again
