Would definitely stay here again...

Liked: The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. Public transportation was easily accessible to get to all of the beautiful sights in Vienna.

Disliked: It badly needs renovation , stains all over the carpet , furniture felt very old , sofa also didn’t look fresh

Liked: This is a real 4* hotel. Alll the staff at reception were very polite and very helpful. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but this is the first hotel where the shelves of the wardrobes in the room were clean from dust. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean as well. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.There is a Lidl supermarket 100m away. Tram no.71 takes you straight to the historical center. The stop is very close to the hotel.
Disliked: We didn't like the towels.They were warned out and not clean enough.

Exceptional

Liked: Easily accessible by car, reasonable parking fee (it's a public garage). Breakfast buffet with choices for every taste. Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable. Rooms are quiet despite the proximity of busy Vienna streets.City center is within walking distance, public transportation (tram, train) even closer. The famous Belvedere garden is next door.

Liked: We liked the quieter location of the hotel. The hotel was also on a train stop from the airport. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom.
