Clean, comfortable base for exploring...

Liked: Our Hotel rooms were spacious, had a large bathroom, separate toilet that opens from the bathroom, we had an extra bed set up for our 9 year old in our larger room. We had a seating area with a table, small TV, minibar was full of drink offerings, we used the small fridge to keep our waters/drinks cool for next day. Tram and bus stations are only 4 minutes up the street. We booked the 2 rooms without breakfast and had a delicious gourmet breakfast two streets over for 50 Euros for 5 people. We used the underground garage, it was clean and spacious, easy access from the side street, and with elevator to the lobby, easy to get to with 6 luggages. Hotel was clean, cool, quiet and comfortable, and a great base for exploring Vienna.
Disliked: Beds were a bit hard for us, but the area was quiet at night, rooms had great window shades, great A/C, so we all had a good night sleep.

Very nice stay, clean rooms...

Liked: The junior suite was clean, bath rooms clean enough and the bed was pretty nice. The location was fine, well connected to the city center, the restaurant have good food.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t really that good, at least for us, with a toddler that need some more diverse fruits and veggies and other - basically, the breakfast was let’s say ok for adults and it is the same every day (nothing wrong with that, we expected some more variety kid friendly). Also, there was some bath towels that were stained with something amd need to be replaced.

Liked: When I eventually got to my room it was good
Disliked: I had to go to reception 3 times, first the key didn’t work then tried again then got to the room and it was a disability room so had to go down again as the phone didn’t work then eventually got a double room and it was lovely. The carpets need cleaning

Disliked: No complaints

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean and in a good location.
Disliked: It could do with a swimming pool.
