Liked: Location, view from rooms service, and the bed get top marks. Also great there are lifts to every side. We got a free upgrade without prompting when the staff saw we coming after a long trip.
Disliked: Only thing, bathroom is in need of an upgrade. Dated and not super comfortable.

Very nice, clean comfortable, and...

Liked: Really great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice.Unfortunately , we only used it a a base for exploring Vienna.
Disliked: Found it odd that the bathroom and wc had glass opaque doors. First time finding out room, got a bit lost,
