Liked: our room was upgraded to superior and we loved it. definitely, one of the best hotels in Vienna, if you're looking for an excellent location and an affordable price.i was in love with it and will be back even if i have fancier options for consideration.

Liked: Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rich breakfast. Big room, very comfortable bad. Its the third time that we stayed in this hotel and certainly that we'll come again

Liked: The location is perfect. Good bed.
Disliked: We had a classic room. There was no working air condition. The room was very hot even outsida the temperature was around 12. I got the feeling that the staff at the reception did not care of us,I did not feel welcome.

Liked: Great location, great staff from reception to the bar, near to U Bahn station at Stephansplatz and lots of eateries very close. Got a free upgrade to a superior room too!

Liked: the location is second to none, i had booked a classic double room for single use and was upgraded to a superior room which, being a superior room, was on the small side, not that it bothered me, everything was very clean, the breakfast was very good, the breakfast room had a lovely view onto the square, but most of all the staff were very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: i would have welcomed more space to put toiletries in the bathroom.the room was rather warm, the airconditioning was not yet in use.i opened the windows so that was ok for me and the street noise did not bother me
