Exceptional hotel in great location

Liked: Fantastic location right in the center of the Old Town. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Superb location and customer service...

Liked: I like the location just in the center of the main square of vienna hotel is very near to everything all are walkable the churches the shopping and opera house and palaces fem minutes from this hotel location is superb next i like the staff in the dining breakfast shout out to beanna very kind staff nepalist very accomodating and she let us feel like home shes a gem to this hotel also to roel

Unsatisfactory

Liked: The central location.
Disliked: Slow and unreliable internet.Expensive biscuits and peanuts from room provided snacks and no indication in the room as to their exorbitant cost! Total RIPOFF
